Healthy Food Guide VIII – Compining Principles

Food Compinations

Eat according to Food Combining principles

In the Hay’s food combining, three food groups are distinguished: the group of the protein, the carbohydrate group and the neutral group.
Decisive factor for the group belonging are the metabolic products (acids or bases) that occur in the degradation of respective food.
So Not only the respective protein content is crucial in the products of the protein group.
The form is much more important, in which the protein is present in the product (cooked, denatured or raw), which others nutrients are also contained (protein is often accompanied with Fat ) and what quantity of acids are produced by its degradation.
There are also several products that should be avoided in food combining.
The diet must be consistent, fully satisfying, so pre-done products, canned food etc. are of a “not recommended “.
