Everything produced by the nature, is fully healthy. On the other hand, trough the intervention of humans in the natural events, excessive fertilization and application of toxic agents, extraction, preserving procedures, isolation, the so-called de-naturalized food has surfaced.

Healthy Diet Food
At this step in the place of superfine white flours come wholemeal flours, wholemeal noodles, wholemeal breads and wholemeal cake.
For the daily muesli, freshly ground grain with fresh fruit is used and no prefabricated muesli.
All kinds of artificial sugars and products included within are expelled. For sweetness, honey or dry fruits are taken. Even the honey used for raw dishes should not be heated up.
The salads, vegetables and the fruit are used mainly raw and prepared with cold-pressed oils or unpasteurized cream.
The milk is enjoyed fresh and the yoghurt of fresh milk is prepared.
The kinds of grain used, the milk, the eggs, the vegetables, the salads and the fruit should be biologically free of toxins.
All foods unknown to my readers, spices and further ingredients are described at health food (Natural Food) store.
