To clarify, it is as important to state that these are mainly the food products produced in factories, which have been causing us to have cardiac infarction, liver damage, joint illnesses and spinal diseases, metabolism disturbances such as diabetes and obesity, susceptibility to infections and a lot more, as important the knowledge mediation is, the scientific knowledge and the practical use in the preparation of our dishes.

It is about the question whether it is possible to produce healthy food for the kitchen which corresponds on the one hand to the demands of the medical food science, on the other hand, tastes good too.

By every necessary diet changing process the fear arises as a main obstacle, to have to renounce to the usual pleasures, because one accepts the idea that a “healthy” food must taste bad.
